... This is the gate. From here I think it would be best if we formed teams. They're going to be around here somewhere, patrolling. We've got the storm and fire as cover, but we're still going to want at least one stealthy person in each team. They should be in pairs ... I think we can cover this.

... It's going to take them a while to get through that snow. We need to both watch out for returning guards, and wait for new information. And I don't think any of us want to be out in the cold for very long at a time.

We should split into shifts to split up our efforts here. Anyone not on shift can spend some time warming up.
