Perhaps it shouldn't come as any surprise, but I am not feeling well. I know the symptoms of a fever well enough by now, and I have been feeling rather under the weather for the past few days. What a glorious epitaph that will make. "Died by illness in service of the prince of Hanalan."
I'm putting myself in a quarantine like my wife would want me to, and I am going to take it easy for the next few days. If it weren't the height of winter I wouldn't do anything, but I'm only going to get worse if I do nothing. Maeve is in charge of anything I would be taking care of for the next couple of days. Her word is Lawrence's as much as mine would be.
The first person who coddles me forfeits their boots to me. You have been warned. I will take you down with me, I swear.
